Wanna Cry? Laugh? Or...To be Mad ?

Happiness, sadness, or anger are part of humans emotion. When the Strongest emotion comes to our body, we need a way to conquer that emotion, in order to feel relieved. The example of these emotion are laughing when we heard amusing story, crying when someone called off a promise.
Don't you know that laughing can make us disappear “stress” ?. Definitely right. Because, when we are laughing, our body is doing exercise. It means that we are training our heart, lungs, and muscle of shoulders, arms, stomach, screen hollow space of our body, and our legs. William fry, America, expert of heart said, “laughing its same as four time a day when we do aerobic exercise or it's same as we jog ten times or bike bicycle for fifteen minutes”.
It will very different face between person who like smiling broad than person who seldom smiling broad and even for “heh”.
It is not good enough to hide away anger, in order to ease annoyance or irritation, but express our anger too exaggerated, it is not good enough too.
It is assumed that when we have a problem or biiiiiiiiiiiiiiig problem, sometimes we cried. And it is said that cried can make ease the pain than before with cried we can tell our feeling, at least. But we have to know for those who always cried, can be categorized “baby-cry”. It is that right? Cried is usual thing that all people in the whole word do that, both of men or women. Cried is one of the human rights and that is not taboo thing. It is like laughing. It is 100% right that cried is not always solve the problem, but at least can make us feel relieved and after that, it can lead us to think logical to face our problem.
Here is ….. tips for expressing emotion exactly, because we do not want to be called person who is never serious when we have to face something serious matters.
  • Laughing is a process spontaneously. Example, when there is something amusing, suddenly we laugh. But, we have to pay attention, do not laugh without reason cause we will be admitted as crazy man.
  • In some conditions, laughing need to be endured. Example, when there is a funeral or flag ceremony.
  • Avoiding pretend laughing need to please someone. Pretending laughing will make someone get upset.
  • Don't have negative thinking, because, if we have been angry, we are under control. Then, said rude words, for instance. So, try to endure ourself by avoiding place that can make angry or taking deep breath (10-15 minutes) slowly.
  • If we can't endure the pain anymore, we can cry. Do not be shy if you want to cry. But, if we are in the common place, we have to endure to do that by concentrating to something that more amuse than annoy.
  • Special for those who hard to cry even their feelings in their chest have blow up. Trying to practice by reading or watching sad ending stories or listening sad song and we can try to imagine suffering of people in our country or people in the world.
To make our body healthy, we need to make our feeling relieved. So, it's not wrong if we express our emotions and not endure that. This can make our life feels more happiness.
